Bob Jansen is the founder and CEO of Zensights, a competitive intelligence company focused on vendors who serve the pharmaceutical industry. He brings over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries, including 20 years in leadership roles at pharmaceutical companies. Prior to founding Zensights, Bob served as President and General Manager of the Pharma Solutions business unit at global healthcare informatics provider Wolters Kluwer.
As the son of an Air Force pilot, Bob grew up with a deep respect for military service members and their families. He spent a decade co-hosting the “Adapt or Die” leadership series with Lieutenant General (Ret.) Rick Lynch, fostering conversations around adaptability, resilience, and values-driven leadership. Following General Lynch’s retirement, the series evolved into what is now known as the Zensights Leadership Summit. Today, Bob co-leads the summit alongside four-star General (Ret.) Michael X. Garrett, bringing together senior leaders from across the pharmaceutical industry.
Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from the University of Portland. He and his wife, Kasie, have three children and reside in Scottsdale, Arizona.
